This vintage has aromas of violets, dried fruits and cherry. The palate has sweet plum, white pepper and spice with full mouth feel, fine tannin structure and a long warm finish. Enjoy now or cellar for 5-7 years.

With a lovely ruby colour, this wine shows a complex combination of strawberry, cherry and vanilla, typical of the Alexandra Basin grapes. The French oak integrates fully in the palate, bringing length and density together with the strong tannic structure. A wine to enjoy now but worth cellaring for 5-7 years.

Hand-picked and crafted in Alexandra, Central Otago. Very complex nose of yellow fruits nectarine and apricot kernel with spicy notes of orange zest and cardamom, very round the mouth shows acacia flower and pear. Balanced full in mouth with a very long finish.

Very aromatic Pinot Gris with complex notes of pear, white flowers and marzipan. The 2011 Perseverance Pinot Gris displays nice stone fruit (apricot, nectarine) character, shows creamy texture and good concentration given by the natural fruit sweetness.

Bright pink rose, with a salmony hue. Powerful aromas of cherry, tropical fruits and lilac flower. The creamy texture combined with the ripe strawberry notes gives a lingering finish to the wine. Made of 100% Central Otago grapes, the 2011 Perseverance Rose benefits from the natural Pinot Noir sweetness and will accompany your best summer dishes such as salmon, summer salads or pork.
